A Temple with Deep Roots

Founded in the 1890s, Wei Zhen Gong Guan Yin Si has stood at the heart of Kuala Lumpur for more than a century. The temple remains a living landmark of faith, history, and community life in the capital.

The temple has endured great trials, including three major fires, yet its sacred statues and spiritual mission remained intact. Through each chapter of change, it continued to serve worshippers with resilience and devotion.

Beyond worship, the temple has long supported education and charitable work, and its newly opened three-level multipurpose hall now offers space for gatherings, activities, and cultural exchange for the wider community.
